1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and s6six ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the s6six website at s6six.club and all associated services, products, games, and features made available through it.

By completing the s6six registration process, by clicking any acceptance checkbox during registration, or by continuing to use the s6six platform after these Terms have been posted or updated, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the s6six platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of the s6six platform regardless of location, device, or method of access. They should be read in conjunction with the s6six Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The s6six platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. s6six does not knowingly permit access by persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from the s6six platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

s6six reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage. If a User is found to be under 18 years of age, s6six will immediately close the account, void all transactions, and withhold any funds pending regulatory requirements. s6six takes underage gambling extremely seriously and employs verification measures to enforce this restriction.

Jurisdiction Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using s6six is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing funds. s6six does not provide legal advice. If you are uncertain about the legal status of online gambling in your area, you should seek independent legal counsel before proceeding.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of s6six services, you must register for a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account use:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active s6six account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of associated balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must notify s6six promptly if any information changes.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. s6six will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials. You must notify s6six immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Non-Transferability: s6six accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or otherwise transfer your account or any associated balance to another person.
• Verification: s6six reserves the right to require identity verification documents (such as a national identity card, passport, or utility bill) at registration or at any subsequent point. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

s6six supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time without prior notice.

• Deposits: All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the s6six payments page. Deposits are for personal gaming use only. s6six does not accept deposits from third-party sources.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. s6six reserves the right to require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by method and are displayed on the relevant payments page.
• Currency: All s6six balances, wagers, and payouts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Any currency conversion required by your bank or payment provider is your responsibility.
• Suspicious Transactions: s6six reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in breach of these Terms, or in violation of applicable anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Fees: s6six does not currently charge fees on deposits. Withdrawal fees, if any, will be disclosed at the time of withdrawal. Third-party payment provider fees are outside s6six's control.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on s6six are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. These rules are published within each product section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Once confirmed, bets are binding and may not be cancelled except where explicitly permitted by the applicable product rules.
• s6six reserves the right to void bets in the event of manifest error, technical failure, or circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control, including but not limited to data feed failure, match abandonment, or force majeure events.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the result as recorded by s6six's systems shall be deemed final, subject to a formal review process if requested within 48 hours of settlement.
• s6six reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per bet, per event, or per market at its discretion.
• All live casino games on s6six are operated in accordance with the rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall prevail for that specific game.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

s6six may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• s6six reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other users to exploit promotions — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account closure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the s6six platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Attempting to circumvent s6six's security measures, age verification processes, or payment controls.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the s6six platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or exploiting non-publicly available information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing customer support staff or engaging in threatening, harassing, or defamatory conduct directed at s6six employees or other users.
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in accessing the platform in violation of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the s6six platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of s6six or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the s6six platform without prior written authorisation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, s6six shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

s6six's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your s6six account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

s6six does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. You access and use the s6six platform at your own risk.

10. Responsible Gaming

s6six is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following player protection tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

s6six reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, suspected underage gambling, or any activity that s6six reasonably believes to be unlawful. In the event of closure for breach of Terms, s6six may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where closure is not related to user fault, any verified balance will be returned to the User via the original payment method.

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting s6six support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawals will be completed prior to closure.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction. s6six does not represent or warrant that the use of the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws applicable to them.

13. Amendments

s6six reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the s6six platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and close your account. s6six will endeavour to notify registered users of material changes by email where reasonably practicable.
